Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer:

  • Refund to the original form of payment
  • Exchange in the form of a Devata merchandise credit.
  • Free return shipping on 48 lower states domestic U.S. orders.

  • The returned product must be unaltered, unworn, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Devata merchandise credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Return Authorization

  • In order to return your merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please submit a return or exchange request via email to returns@devata.com and allow up to 3 business days to receive a reply.
  • Once the return is authorized, you will be emailed a pre-paid return shipping label and please mail back the product within 7 days after your request has been approved.
  • The return package should include a copy of the packing list with your Return Authorization number.
  • We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded.
