What are the materials of DEVATA jewelry?
DEVATA is a fine jewelry made of sterling silver and gold with natural gemstones. When you purchase DEVATA products, nothing touches your skin other than precious metal of silver or gold. Please visit our material page here to learn more about our metals and gemstones.
Where is DEVATA jewelry manufactured?
DEVATA jewelry is proudly manufactured in our homeland, Bali Indonesia, handcrafted by local Balinese artisans at premium quality.
How do I choose my bracelet size?

Do you ship in a gift packaging?
Every purchase of DEVATA jewelry includes gift box, leather pouch, polishing cloth, care maintenance card. However, gift box may not be included for purchase from Outlet Sale category and some products, please learn about what’s included on each product page.
What is the gram weight of each product and where can I find the weight information?
  • At the moment, the gram weight information is not included on each product page, however, it might be available in the future.
  • Our jewelry and chains are handmade at almost all the manufacturing process that cause the gram weight will be vary and fluctuate in each batch production. However, DEVATA jewelry and chains are handmade in premium quality with solid weight and luxurious touch feel that would be a gift you will be proud of or a sweet reward to yourself.
Can I order a custom design?
We're not able to accommodate custom or modified design at the moment.
Can I order a custom sizing?
The sizes shown on each product page are the only ones we're able to offer at this time.
Can I order a piece with custom engraving?
We currently do not offer an engraving service, but it may be available in the future.
PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY
Do you offer warranty?
  • DEVATA jewelry comes with one year warranty of manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, lost items, improper use or storage, modified jewelry by third party, exposure to harsh chemical, perfume, chlorine, saltwater.
  • Warranty valid for purchase at devata.com only, however, purchase of items from Outlet Sale category or clearance sale items are not covered by warranty.
  • Purchase from other Authorized Retailers should follow the policy of each retailer and reach out to them.
  • Gold plated fade is considered as normal wear and tear, therefore, it is not covered by warranty.

How do I use polishing cloth?
  • Every purchase of DEVATA jewelry includes a polishing cloth as part of the accessories inside the packaging.
  • Gently rub the jewelry surface with polishing cloth to loosen tarnish. It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth and become blackened eventually, it is a sign that the polishing cloth is working correctly.
  • Polishing cloth contains cleaning agent to remove tarnish, please do not wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children. Always wash your hands after use.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive the first email update of order confirmation.

How do I start a return?
Please sign in to your account and you will find your order history, click on "Return request" button and select a reason. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response, if approved, you will receive an automated email with prepaid return shipping label.
How do I request an exchange to another size or variant?
  • If you would like to exchange with another size, color, variant, please simply return your existing purchase, then place a new order.
  • If you had a better promotion price in your original order than your exchanged order, we offer price-match by issuing partial refund to honor your original order price, however, it must be the same item but different size or variant.
