RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND REFUND
Please sign into your account and go to order history, click on "Return request" button and select a reason. If you don't have an account to sign in, please leave us a message on Live Chat with your order number.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to receive a response, if approved, you will receive an automated email with prepaid return label. If you don't find anything in your inbox within this period, please check your spam or junk mail. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days upon approval or within 30 days of your purchase date.
Prepaid return label is provided with $6 deduction from the refund amount. Prepaid return label is free for an exchange.
Original Packing List or Return Authorization must be included inside the returned package so we can track your return.
Refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned items delivered and condition approved, then it usually takes 2 to 7 business days to see the credit amount back to your original payment method, depends on the processing time of your bank, credit card or financial institution.
Shipping cost, international customs duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
International customer is responsible for the return shipping as we do not provide prepaid return shipping label at the moment.
