RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer:
- Refund to the original form of payment.
- Exchange in the form of a DEVATA merchandise credit.
- Free pre-paid return shipping label on 48 lower states domestic US orders (All sales from the Outlet Sale is not eligible for free pre-paid return shipping label).
- Returns are accepted for Devata.com purchases only.
- Purchases of DEVATA merchandise from Department Stores or other Authorized Retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- The returned product must be in new condition, unaltered, unworn, includes the original packaging and all accessories (Any missing accessories will be deducted from the refund amount).
- Returns are not accepted if DEVATA Hangtag or Seal Label is cut, removed or broken.
- DEVATA merchandise credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- In order to return your merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Please submit a return or exchange request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 1 to 2 business days to receive a reply.
- Once the return is authorized, you will be emailed a pre-paid return shipping label (if eligible) and please mail back the product within 3 days after your request has been approved.
- The return package should include a copy of the packing list with your Return Authorization number.
- We will send you email of updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded.
