RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Devata would like you to be completely happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, Devata will be gladly help and promise an easy return process with the following conditions:

RETURN POLICY

 

  • Return is accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Return is accepted for Devata.com purchase only. Purchase of Devata merchandise from Department Stores or other Authorized Retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Returned product must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, includes the original packaging and all accessories (Any missing accessories will be charged from the refund amount).
  • Return is not accepted if DEVATA Hangtag or Seal Label is cut, removed or broken.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

  • If you would like to exchange with another size, color, variant, please simply return your existing purchase, then place a new order. Please contact us if you would like to get the same promotion price between your existing purchase and the exchange order. Exchange must be the same item but different size or variant. 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION 

 

  • In order to return your merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please submit a return or exchange request via email to returns@devata.com and allow 1 to 2 business days to receive a reply.
  • Once your return request is approved, product should be shipped back within 7 days upon approval or within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Return shipping label will be provided with $5 deduction from the refund amount, however, you may use your own shipping label.  
  • Original Packing List or Return Authorization Number should be included inside the returned package.
  • Return status will be updated via email once received at our facility, including exchange or refund status. Refund will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item received.
