RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We would like you to be completely happy with your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, we will be gladly help with the following conditions:

RETURN POLICY

 

  • Return is accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, includes the original packaging and all accessories. Any missing accessories will be charged from the refund amount.
  • Return is not accepted if DEVATA tag or seal label is cut, removed, detached or broken.
  • Return is accepted for purchase at devata.com only, while purchase of DEVATA products from Department Stores or other Authorized Retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and follow their policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

  • If you would like to exchange with another size, color, variant, please simply return your existing purchase, then place a new order.
  • If you had a better promotion price in your original order than your exchanged order, we offer price-match by issuing partial refund to honor your original order price, however, it must be the same item but different size or variant. 
  • Exchange should follow the same policy as return.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND REFUND 

 

  • Please sign in to your account and you will find your order history, click on "Return request" button and select a reason.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response, if approved, you will receive an automated email with prepaid return shipping label. Items must be shipped back within 7 days upon approval or within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Prepaid return shipping label is provided with $5 deduction from the refund amount.
  • Original Packing List or Return Authorization must be included inside the returned package so we can track your return.
  • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned items delivered and condition approved, then it usually takes 3-7 business days to see the credit amount back to your original payment method, depends on the processing time of your bank, credit card or financial institution.
  • Shipping cost, international customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
  • International customer is responsible for the return shipping as we do not provide prepaid return shipping label at the moment.
