RETURN POLICY

  • Return is accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, include the original packaging and all accessories. Any missing accessories will be charged from the refund amount.
  • Return is not accepted if tag or seal label is cut, removed, detached or broken.
  • Return is accepted for purchase at devata.com only, while purchase of DEVATA products from other Authorized Retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and follow their return policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you would like an exchange with another size or variant, please contact us via Live Chat and leave a message with the wanted replacement size or variant.
  • You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions via email, then replacement item will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item has been delivered back to us. Prepaid return label is free for an exchange.
  • Exchange must be between the same retail priced items. If you would like an exchange of product or variant that have different price, it should be processed as a return, then placing a new order with the wanted product.
  • Exchange item condition should follow the same policy as return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Please sign into your account and go to order history, click on "Return request" button and select a reason. To sign in, OTP (one-time pin) will be sent to your email address or phone number that associated with your order. 
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days to receive a response, if approved, you will receive an automated email with prepaid return label. If you don't find anything in your inbox within this period, please check your spam or junk mail. Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Prepaid return label is provided with $6 deduction from the refund amount. Prepaid return label is free for an exchange.
  • Original Packing Slip or Return Authorization must be included inside the returned package so we can track your return.

REFUND

  • Refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned items delivered and condition approved, then it usually takes 2 to 7 business days to see the credit amount back to your original payment method, depends on the processing time of your bank, credit card or financial institution.
  • Shipping cost, international customs duties and taxes are nonrefundable. International customer is responsible for the return shipping as we do not provide prepaid return label at the moment.
