WARRANTY POLICY

DEVATA jewelry comes with one year warranty of manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, lost items, improper use or storage, modified jewelry by third party, exposure to harsh chemical, perfume, chlorine, saltwater.

Warranty valid for purchase at devata.com only, however, purchase of items from Outlet Sale category or Clearance Sale items are not covered by warranty. Purchase from other Authorized Retailers should follow the policy of each retailer and reach out to them.

Gold plated fade is considered as normal wear and tear, therefore, it is not covered by warranty.
